Our social skills programs go beyond simple friendship tips or theoretical skills knowledge.
We create immersive, experiential learning environments where group-members practice real-time social interactions under the guidance of experienced, licensed therapists—working within the CONNECT model™, our proprietary evidence-based approach developed through 50 years of clinical experience.
Unlike general social skills programs, CONNECT specifically addresses both performance-based deficits (like ADHD) and knowledge-based deficits (such as autism spectrum disorders), providing targeted interventions that have helped thousands of exceptional individuals develop meaningful social relationships..
Each activity is carefully designed to address specific social challenges while building on individual strengths.
Targeted skill development based on assessment and observation
Immediate feedback and coaching during social interactions with other peers
Structured opportunities to practice difficult social scenarios, emotional variability, risk taking and feedback from peers
Peer connections with others experiencing similar challenges
Parent updates and feedback sessions for children and teens

For elementary and early middle school children learning foundational social skills, handling peer interactions, and building first friendships. Our child-focused approach uses play, structured activities, and gentle coaching to develop social confidence.
Children learn to recognize and express emotions appropriately while navigating the natural ups and downs of peer relationships. Our groups provide structured opportunities to practice essential social skills like taking turns, sharing, listening, and joining group activities successfully. Through supportive guidance, children develop greater awareness of social cues and expectations, helping them connect more meaningfully with peers in school and community settings.
